    Chicken Methi Kabab

    Chicken Methi Kabab is that friend who is indeed there when you need him. When the “bin bulai mehman” arrives or your best friend drops in with some madira, this recipe is perfect for all those unexpected and expected chakna moments. Why go out and spend hundreds when you can make something better for a fraction of the price and with clean ingredients too!

    • Chicken - 250 gms
    • Yoghurt - 1/4 cup
    • Red Chilly Powder - 1.5 tsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Pepper - 1.5 tsp
    • Kasuri Methi - 3 tsp
    • Ghee - 3 tbsp

    Magic Begins Here

    1. In a mixing bowl , add the cleaned chicken pieces. Add red chilly powder, salt, pepper, yoghurt and kasuri methi. Mix well and let it refrigerate for 20 minutes.
    2. In a saucepan or kadai , add ghee. Once the ghee is hot (smoke starts to rise up), pour the complete contents of the mixing bowl and fry well on both sides. Should be done in 15-20 minutes.
