    • A carrot
    • A capsicum
    • An onion
    • Leftover rice - 1 cup
    • An Egg (or maybe 2!)
    • Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
    • Soya sauce - 1tsp
    • Vinegar - 1/2 tsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Pepper - 1/3 tsp
    • Oil - 5 tbsp

If Silly is going on a date, spice it up with

    • 3-4 broccoli florets
    • Sausage, Boneless chicken
    • Mushroom

Basically anything that would turn him on! 😉

    Magic Begins Here

    1. Clean all you veggies thoroughly and cut them into uneven big chunks and throw them all in together into Mr Veggie Cutter .

Remember the finer you chop the veggies, the tastier your fried rice

    2. Now in Miss Kadai , throw in some oil and sauté all the finely chopped veggies. Add ginger paste, salt, pepper, vinegar and soya sauce. This is a also good time to add all your extra fancy ingredients like broccoli, sausage etc. Cook on a low flame with the lid closed for 3 minutes. Add 2-3 tbsp of oil.

    3. Now push all the veggies to the sides of the kadai and burst open 2 eggs in between. Scramble them to death.

    4. Add rice. Mix well. Eat!
