    Fruity Pancakes

This is the standard breakfast in our house on most weekends! A refreshing change from the weekdays, these pancakes set the right tone to a colorful weekend each time! I keep changing the toppings as per the mood of the day - Sometimes its just jam and chocolate syrup, other times I load it with as many fruits as I can and the rest of the times its kept simple with honey and cinnamon powder!

    Have these?

    Grab These (7)

    Basic

    • Maida - 1 cup
    • Sugar - 4 tbsp
    • Milk - 1/4 cup
    • Egg - 1 (you could skip this if you do not eat eggs)
    • Butter - 1/4 cup
    • Honey - 2 tbsp
    • Fruits of your choice (I prefer strawberries, grapes and kiwis)

    Additional

    • Nutella - 1 tbsp
    • Jam - 1 tbsp

    Magic Begins Here

    1. In your nutri bullet , add maida, sugar, milk and egg and mix thoroughly till you have a thick runny consistency.
    2. Next, in a pan add some butter and pour a little bit of the mixture prepared and shake the pan to form a circle.
    3. Add more butter on top. Flip and cook through till both sides are done. This should take about half a minute on each side.
    4. Once done, set on a plate. Add honey/jam/nutella/almond butter (whatever you are in the mood for or have handy) and drop some fresh fruits on top!

The smell of the butter cooking with the dough would fill your kitchen with a rich delicious aroma! Your kitchen would smell like breakfast - that's the best I could describe it as! 🥞
